Meet Our Founder: Mr. Vandyke Russell
Mr Vandyke Russell is a certified Senior Electrician based in New Bight, Cat Island, proudly serving clients through Ace Electrical Connection. With over 30 years of diverse experience including: 13 years with Bahamas Power And Light, 12 years in Environmental Health, and 5 years in the Maritime industry; he brings a wealth of knowledge to every project.
Specializing in electrical and renewable energy systems, Mr. Russell is a certified Three-Phase Electrician, Generac Dealer, Technician and Pwrcell Installer, Bahamas Contractors Association level 1 contractor. He has also completed advanced training with Generac and Sol-Ark, and holds certification in pest management.
At Ace Electrical Connection, his responsibilities include creating work orders, managing projects schedules, developing estimates, and building strong client relationships. His standout projects include the newly constructed Government Health Clinic, New Gilbert’s complex, Fountain Bay Development, countless residential and small business, signage for the culture village, aircraft hanger and many more.
Mr. Russell is passionate about promoting cost effective and clean/green energy and at the same time informing clients on energy conservation. He believes success is achieved through hard work, mutual respect and shared understanding.
